1.1 PERSOL HR Services Recruitment (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and acknowledges your rights regarding any personal data we collect from you. We comply with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act 2019 (PDPA) and other applicable privacy laws, with procedures in place to meet these requirements.

1.2 This Privacy Policy describes our principles and practices for collecting, storing, using, and/or disclosing your personal data.

1.3 “Personal data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information accessible to the organisation.

2.7 & 2.8 Any personal data shared on social media is governed by that platform’s privacy policy.

5.4–5.6 Access and correction requests are processed within 30 days, unless otherwise notified.
5.7 Withdrawal of consent may impact your ability to continue receiving services.
5.8 You may request human review of any AI-driven recruitment decision.


6. Administration, Management, and Data Protection

6.1 You are responsible for keeping your personal data up to date.
6.2–6.3 The Company employs reasonable technical and administrative safeguards (encryption, access controls, antivirus, etc.), though no system is completely secure.
6.4 Data is anonymized or destroyed once no longer needed.
6.5 International data transfers are governed by the PDPA and contractual obligations.


7. Data Breach Notification

7.1 The Company will promptly assess and report any notifiable data breach to authorities and affected individuals.
7.2 If acting as a Data Processor, we will notify the Data Controller immediately of any breach.


8. Updates to This Privacy Policy

The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the latest version with an updated revision date.
